What you will really be doing
|
 Improving our current web-apps like the customer portal and onboarding.
Creating excellent overall UX by working closely with a UX expert and our lead designer.
Working with the latest JavaScript libraries like Angular and React (the choice is yours).
Coming up with new functionalities and connecting them via a
interface with our
back-end.
Continuously improving the front-end stack to ensure our customers get the fastest and smoothest experience. There is always a budget for good ideas.

Required experience & skills
|
You’re smart and have some way to prove it.
Willing to relocate to Amsterdam (or within reasonable daily travel distance).
Translate requirements and mock ups into fully functioning features using JavaScript and HTML/CSS.
Continuously look for ways to improve our websites by introducing new techniques.
You’ve worked with Angular, React, Knockout, Backbone or similar JavaScript libraries.
You’re able to work with tools like Grunt, Gulp or Webpack.
You have experience working
.
Experience troubleshooting cross-browser compatibility issues.
Experience in working with large codebases and custom frameworks is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
